Prof. Kwame Adom-Frimpong – Board Chairman

| Prof. Kwame Adom-Frimpong is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, Facilitator, and Trainer. He has wide experience in Financial Management, Public Administration, Development Planning and Management, etc. He has consulted for a number of government and non-governmental organisations, including donor agencies from 1988 to date.
Prof. Adom-Frimpong is currently the Managing Director of Mainstream Reinsurance Company Ltd. Until his appointment as the Managing Director, he was the Director in charge of Finance, a position he held for ten years. He was formerly the Head of Audit at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). Prof. Adom-Frimpong also lectures on part-time basis at the University of Ghana Business School, Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA) and Baptist University in Kumasi. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Prof. Adom-Frimpong holds a Doctorate in Financial Management and MBA (Finance). He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) (Ghana) and also member of the following institutions; Institute of Charted Accountants (Ghana), Ghana Institute of Management, Association of MBAs (UK), Institute of Data Processing and Management (IDPM now IMIS) and a lawyer. |

| Prof. Anyetei T. Lassey is a practicing Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital and a Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Ghana Medical School. Prof. Lassey is a member of the following Professional Bodies; Ghana Medical Association (GMA), Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG, UK), Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Ghana (SOGOG), Ghana Surgical Society (Ghana), West African College of Surgeons (WACS), Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (Rochester, USA) and Fellow, Ghana College of Physicians & Surgeons. |

| Mr. Kwabena Agyekum Adu Nyantakyi is a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply as well as International Facility Management Association. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration – Project Management option. He has worked in various capacities as Supplies & Purchasing Manager, Head of Strategic Sourcing & Property Management, Group Head, Business Services in Anglogold Ashanti Ltd, Multi-Tech Services Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, Vodafone Ghana and Ecobank. He is currently the Chairman of KANYAN Enterprise, providing consultancy services in Strategy Sourcing, Real Estates, Logistics & Transport and Project Management. |
Daniel Kofi Bediako – Board Member |
| Mr. Daniel Kofi Bediako, an accountant by profession, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CA (Ghana) and in addition holds Executive MBA (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Ghana. He worked with Pannell Kerr & Forster Chartered Accountants, Star Assurance Co. Ltd and later with uniBank (Ghana) Ltd where he held a number of positions including Head of Projects and Executive Director in charge of Finance and Administration. |

| Mr. Charles Acquah is a fellow of the Ghana Institute of Management and a member of the Ghana Chartered Institute of Bankers. He worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Merchant Bank (Ghana) Ltd (now UMB) and Ecobank (Ghana) Ltd in various capacities; – Head, Equity Research/Analyst, Credit Risk Management, Loans Recovery etc. Charles is currently the CEO of Cambeg Trading & Transport Services. |
